Orders & Tracking
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered in 3-7 business days once it is shipped.
Why is my order taking so long?
Due to the nature of small creative businesses and the unique things they create, several products are made to order, and some take longer than others. As a result, each product, albeit in stock, may have a different processing time. Please check the Product Description on the Product Page to know how many days your chosen product takes to ship.
How can I track my order?
Please head to the 'My Orders' section under the 'My Account' button. Click on the 'Track Order' option for the order that you wish to track. You will receive the shipment tracking details in your registered email if the order has been shipped. You may use it to track the shipment status on our delivery partner's website.
What if I’m unavailable when my order is getting delivered?
Our logistics partners will make three attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable on all three occasions, it will be returned to the seller, and we will initiate the applicable refund. If you still want the order, you must place a new order on the website.
Can I change the Shipping Address after placing an order?
It is possible to change the Shipping Address only if the order has not been shipped. Please mail your request to care@localnation.in, and we will try our best to help you.
Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel my Order?
Yes. Please ensure that you place a return request within 24 hours of placing the order or before the start of your order preparation, whichever comes first. The ‘Cancel’ option will be disabled on the order page if the conditions mentioned above are met.
Can I exchange my Order?
Unfortunately, for now, we do not have an exchange facility. You can, however, return the order if the product has a return policy.
Can I return my Order?
We have a ‘no-questions-asked’ return policy for products from the Clothing category. Products from other categories are returnable only in cases of damage. All products that are ‘Made to Order’ are non-returnable. For the products in your order that have a return policy, you can place a request to return that product within 7 days of delivery.
How can I return my Order?
Go to the ‘My Orders’ section, click on ‘Return Order’ and enter the reason for the return. We will schedule a pickup for the return, and upon inspection, we shall accept the return. Please keep the product/s in their original condition
and preserve the tags and packaging. Please note that a return request can only be made for products having a return policy within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds & Payment Issues
What will be the refund if I cancel my order?
We shall initiate a full refund in case of a successful cancellation request. Please ensure that you place a return request before the start of your order preparation or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever comes first.
What will be the refund if I return my order?
If the order meets all the inspection criteria, we shall initiate a full refund.
Why haven’t I received my refund yet?
After processing the cancellation request or the return inspection, the refund is duly initiated from our end within 24 hours. However, it may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending upon the source of payment. This time is entirely dependent upon the source of the payment, and we have no control over it. If you do not receive funds beyond this timeline, you may always feel free to contact us at mail@thebargadstory.in, and we will share a bank transaction reference number to trace the transaction.
I faced a payment issue while placing the order. What should be done?
For payment issues, we get an update every 60 mins from our payment partners. But sometimes, it could take up to 24 hours for the payment partners to update us; however, as soon as we have the status, we update your order information accordingly.
If the payment was debited from your account, however, not successfully captured at our end, it is a failed transaction and is generally reversed within 24-48 hours. The time taken can vary from bank to bank, and we, unfortunately, won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. Hence, as a standard practice, we suggest you wait 24 hours for the final status after you have paid for the order. Please mail us at mail@thebargadstory.in for any issues.
What if my order has defective or damaged products?
In an improbable incident of a different/damaged/defective/partial/empty shipment delivered, please note that we expect you to contact us at mail@thebargadstory.in along with a picture of the product and invoice within 12 hours of the delivery. We shall coordinate with you to facilitate a replacement or refund, as you desire.
Please understand that we won't be able to entertain and honor any requests/complaints informed beyond this time window due to dependency on our service partner(s) and their time-bound limitations.
Note: It is advisable to create an unboxing video for the smooth execution of the return process.
